My interest in strength/weight training, conditioning and nutrition sparked in my early teens as a way to improve upon my sporting endeavours and as a way to improve my general health and fitness. The interest grew into a career as a personal trainer, a nd with this knowledge and some years practical experience, I have found an area in which i can excel.

Timmy Burns

I have always been involved in physical activity from an early age. I have competed to a high level in a wide range of sports so it was a natural progression for me to choose a career in the fitness industry. with an extensive knowledge in human physiology and exercise prescription and over 4 years experience I can offer my clients a high level of expertise, using a motivational and enthusiastic approach.

Gary Milligan

I have been interested in all aspects of fitnes and exercise for many years and I studied exercise physiology to degree knowledge. During my time at university I gained extensive experience with elite sport teams and recreational exercisers, conducting individual and group based activites for both. I have also been competitive at both a local and national level in the sports of power lifting and weightlifting and I held national titles in both events at junior and under 23 level.

Rachael Johnston

My main hobby is strength training which led me into competitive power lifting. As a junior I set local and national records at both junior and senior level. Since taking up power lifting I have gained a significant amount of knowledge in the strength and conditioning aspect of fitness.
