Latest Class –ABS BLAST
This class is a 30min workout specifically for the Ab’s. You can incorporate it into your workout after your main gym session or just attend for the 30min intense workout. This is ideal if your New Years goal is to lose those love handles and beer bellies! Please put your names down at reception as spaces are limited.

MOVE & TONE
This class is perfect if you want to sculpt, tone, define and improve posture. This class is excellent for ALL ages and abilities. The class will help you tone the whole body making you look and feel fabulous! This is the fun way to workout, so bring your friends and book in at reception as places are limited. Classes run on

PILATES
Pilates is a form of exercise which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement.

SHOTOKAN KARATE
Shotokan Karate is non-competitive karate in a friendly environment. Excellent for self defence, self-confidence, and for increasing fitness levels.
It takes place on Tuesday night at 6.30pm with Qualified Instructor Dennis Wilton (beginners and children are welcome). There is also the opportunity to earn nationally recognised Karate grades.
A special congratulations goes to Mark Gaffey & Phil Emery who have achieved their Black Belt - Well done lads!!!!
YOGA
A yoga class is ideal for males and females of all ages. It promotes all over muscle strength and tone, plus creates a calm relaxing atmosphere. Suitable for people with many health conditions, including high blood pressure, circulation problems and arthritis. No equipment is necessary to enjoy this class.

AQUA-AEROBICS
Water based exercise in a fun environment to music, ideal for everyone including people with injuries, arthritis or pregnant. Generally low impact exercise but with high calorie burn - an average class burning up to 300kcals. A combination of jogging, kicking, jumping and tonal exercises - giving increased aerobic endurance, greater flexibility and increased muscle tone.
